Ordering Information
- For goods that require posting to you we can accept payment by credit/debit card or cheque. E-mail/phone or fax us your order or enquiry and we’ll confirm availability. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card we can take payment details over the phone/fax during 9.30am. - 5.30pm.Monday - Saturday.
In the event of goods posted to you being unsuitable they may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt providing they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Return postage is not refundable, we recommend you obtain a proof of posting from the post office for any goods you you are sending back to us.This does not affect your statutory rights.
Postage and packing is £1.50 per order, for heavier or more valuable items we will advise you how much this would cost. All orders are sent by standard Royal Mail first class post and should take 3-5 days to arrive. Goods are posted within 24 hours of your order and payment.
